Grow Op Mould Sampling

Recently, Airzone was called upon to provide clearance sampling at a former marijuana grow operation site. The grow op, located in an abandoned industrial building, was bought by a new tenant that wished to initiate a metal plating operation in the building. However, before restoring power, the new tenant required Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) clearance for electricians to enter the facility; ESA has a specific protocol to deal with former Grow Ops, that requires mould clearance sampling before electricians can enter. Airzone utilized a modified clearance sampling protocol and was able to demonstrate compliance to ESA on behalf of the client, and allowed electricians to enter the building and restore power.
