Some users are having difficulty saving the digital custody after they have filled in their information. Please ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe reader. Also, instead of clicking the link to open the custody in your web browser, please right click the link and use the save as function and save the document to your computer before filling it in. Filling it out in the browser has resulted in users not being able to save their data.
