Airzone worked with a federal government research centre to assess the impacts of proposed increases in emissions from laboratory fume hoods. Airzone compiled worst-case emissions inventories for proposed laboratory activities and dispersion modelling using the U.S. EPA SCREEN3 model to quantify impacts on air quality measurements at the centre. The results were used to identify specific conditions to minimize fume hood operations.
